Carpool Information

ALL VISITORS (INCLUDING PARENTS) MUST PRESENT IDENTIFICATION TO ENTER THE BUILDING.

Morning Drop-off:

  • Preschool – North Portico (Entrance closest to playground and gym entrance)

  • K5-5th Grade – Main Foyer Entrance/Horseshoe

  • Middle School - South Portico

  • High School – High School entrance

  • Parents with children in multiple areas may drop off all children with their youngest child.

  • After 7:50AM, the doors will be locked, and you will need to go to the main entrance, park in a parking space, and check-in at the receptionist’s desk.

Afternoon Pick-up: 

Please do not enter the carpool line prior to the time listed for your (youngest) child.

  • Preschool – North Portico (Entrance closest to playground and gym entrance) lane closest to building only.

    • Preschool dismisses at 2:30PM (2:20PM on Wednesdays)

  • K5 - Horseshoe / Main Entrance - lane closest to building

    • K5 dismisses at 2:45PM (2:30PM on Wednesdays)

  • 1st and 2nd Grade – Horseshoe – Main Entrance - starting at 3:00PM.

    • First and 2nd grades dismiss at 3:00PM (2:45PM on Wednesdays).

  • 3rd and 4th Grade – North Portico (Entrance closest to playground and gym entrance) right lane closest to the building

  • 5th Grade – North Portico (Entrance closest to playground and gym entrance) left lane

    • Third through 5th grades dismiss at 3:15PM (2:55PM on Wednesdays).

  • Middle School - South Portico

  • High School – High School entrance

    • Middle and high schools dismiss at 3:15PM (2:55PM on Wednesdays).

  • Once regular carpool ends (15 minutes after the start time), parents must park and come inside to get their child. Students not picked up by 3:30 PM will be escorted to the After-School Enrichment Program and the student’s account will be charged accordingly.

After-School Enrichment Program:

  • ALL GRADES – North Portico (Entrance closest to playground and gym entrance

    • ​Park at the north portico and check-out your child at the ASEP desk located across from the library.

​

Points of Emphasis:

  • No students will be allowed to check out of school after 2:45PM. Students must remain from 2:45PM until dismissal time.

  • Elementary Students - The Yellow Tag must be visible during carpool in order to pick up your child. It should be displayed and visible for the duration of the carpool process. Two new yellow tags will be sent home with your child. Please contact Mandy Pollock  if you need additional cards for those on your pick- up list.
