The ELCA Charger Athletic Training Department is headed by Jimmy Bradberry.

Dear Parents,

An annual physical examination given by a licensed medical physician, a doctor of Osteopathic medicine, nurse practitioner or a physician's assistant indicating the student is approved for participation in athletic activities must be on file in the office of Jimmy Bradberry, Athletic Trainer before that student may try-out, participate in practice or conditioning drills, or participate in interscholastic contests. The physical examination must be signed by the physician after reviewing the data from the examination and the students history on the form. In addition, an ELCA consent form needs to be filled out and signed by a legal guardian before a student may participate.
