2010-2011 Accolade

Attention Seniors! 

Seniors must have a formal photo taken by Strawbridge Studios to be included in the yearbook. Contact Ms. Brunette if you did not have a formal portrait made with Strawbridge Studios.  All senior portraits will be subject to approval by administration for adherence to ELCA's hair policy.  You will be notified if your son/daughter will be required to have a re-take.  One more sitting will be scheduled for these to be done and for absentees from previous sessions.

Once the yearbook staff receives all senior portraits from Strawbridge, a printout of your child’s eligible poses (blue background) will be sent to him/her to choose the pose for the yearbook. No purchase is necessary.

Students should have received a Senior Survey to complete. These are also available from the link below. Surveys are due by Friday, September 3.

Students should stop by the HS Library so we can collect his/her signature by Friday, September 3.

A casual photo will be included in the senior section of the yearbook. These may be submitted as a printed photo, on a flash drive, on CD, or it may be uploaded to eShare. Click on the link below to do so. It's very EASY! Our staff will even shoot a casual photo of you if requested. This photo should be portrait orientation or be able to be cropped so. The due date for a casual photo is still to be determined but not expected to be prior to October 15.

Senior athletes participating in fall sports (football, volleyball, cross country, softball) need to visit the library to have a headshot made by Friday, September 3. Please bring/wear your uniform shirt.

Senior ads are on sale now.  Please see the links below for all the information and forms. All ad materials and payment are due at the same time. The rate will be determined by the date all materials are received with payment. This discount is offered so that we may be able to submit pages early to help us meet deadlines. Pages cannot be submitted until all materials are turned in and we do not collect payment without those materials.  For the best rate, have your materials and payment submitted by 8/31.
