Coach Doug Campell is Head Varsity Coach for the Chargers. Coach Campbell's served as assistant on the 2006 State Championship Team and has an overall record as Head Coach of the Chargers of 66-30 and took the Chargers to the State Finals in 2007. Coach Campell also serves as Dean of Students in the High School along with Dean of Athletic Affairs.
Coach Scott King is the Varsity Pitching Coach for the Chargers. Coach King has been part of the Charger Baseball Staff since 2006 and works with the Pitchers within the Charger Baseball program. Coach King also teaches within the Science Department in the High School.
Coach Ricky Archer is the Varsity Assistant Coach for the Chargers. Coach Archer has been part of the Charger Baseball Staff since 2008 and works with infielders and hitters. Coach Archer is also an assistant coach on the State Championship ELCA Softball Team.
