Empowering Students to Impact the World since 1970

The latest from Coach Johnson (9/13/17):
Please continue to be in prayer for our Wilds trip. We had an incredible service this evening in particular where the Lord was working throughout our time here on hearts and minds which culminated in an invitation tonight. A good number of salvations as well as re-dedications and affirmations of faith.

The 4th Falls hike was a doozy. Only one kid was carried out with a sprained ankle. Mine. With all of the rain the Falls were incredibly powerful and beautiful (see picture although it does not do it justice).

God is so good!

Dear 7th and 8th Grade Families,

The group has arrived at the Wilds safely. They have just finished dinner and are unpacking and settling in. Continue to be in prayer for this group as they continue their trip. We pray that God's presence will be felt and lives will be changed.

7th & 8th Grade Families,

We will return to ELCA on Friday at approximately 1:30pm having stopped for lunch in Commerce, GA.

Attached is the information sheet with details about the tentative schedule while we are at the Wilds and what to pack, etc.

We are very excited that the Lord in his gracious providence has made a way for this very important trip in the life of the school and your child to still be a reality.
