Eagle's Landing Christian Academy provides an enriched environment for students (K3-12) who need after-school care. Students enjoy participating in various activities such as computer time, board games, sports/recreational activities, free center time, outside play, etc. The program offers homework supervision and assistance and provides a snack for the students. 

Enrollment into the Mini Chargers After-School Enrichment Program is achieved during the RenWeb school enrollment process. If you did not specify your interest during the online enrollment process but wish to enroll in Mini-Chargers ASEP (full-time), please complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation. The cost of the program is $50.00 per week with a one time $25.00 enrollment fee.
 
If your preschool student is attending Mini-Chargers After School Enrichment Program on a "drop-in" basis, please alert your child's teacher and contact Vicky Rodgers to let each of them know when he/she will attend ASEP. Drop-In billing is $15 per day. A one time enrollment fee of $25.00 will be charged in addition to the drop-in fee the FIRST time your child attends. All students not attending on a full-time basis are considered "drop-in."
 
Students attending ASEP on a drop-in basis should not be formally enrolled and will be billed according to attendance at $15.00 per day.

 

Mini Chargers After-School Enrichment Enrollment Form

Billing will be submitted on the following schedule:
Due 9/1 – 8/1-8/26
Due 10/1 – 8/28-9/30
Due 11/1 – 10/3-10/28
Due 12/1 – 10/31-12/2
Due 1/1 – 12/5-1/13
Due 2/1 – 1/17-2/10
Due 3/1 – 2/13-3/17
Due 4/1 – 3/20-4/28
Due 5/1 – 5/1-5/25

 
 
Withdrawal requests may be emailed, returned to the receptionist's desk or faxed to 770 957-2290. 
 
(Drop-In billing is calculated in arrears and will be submitted on the 10th of each month.)

NO ENROLLMENT IS NECESSARY FOR DROP-IN STATUS. BY ENROLLING INTO ASEP YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL BE BILLED ON A FULL-TIME BASIS, ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE BELOW, WITHOUT REGARD TO ATTENDANCE.  ONCE ENROLLED, A WITHDRAWAL FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO CHANGE YOUR ASEP STATUS FROM FULL-TIME TO DROP-IN.
 
If your elementary student is attending ASEP on a "drop-in" basis, please alert your child's teacher when he/she will attend ASEP. Middle and high school students will meet in the upstairs foyer adjacent to the 700 hallway before going to their ASEP classrooms each day. Drop-In billing is $15 per day. All students not attending on a full-time basis are considered "drop-in."
 
 
COST: $50 weekly (for 2019-2020)
 
Students withdrawing from ASEP and later re-enrolling into the program will incur a $25 re-enrollment fee.

2019-2020 billing will be submitted on the following schedule (charges are pro-rated for days when ASEP is not offered or when school has weather-related cancellations):
  • Due 9/1 – 8/1-8/29 ($210)
  • Due 10/1 – 9/3-10/4 ($190) 
  • Due 11/1 – 10/7-11/1 ($180)
  • Due 12/1 – 11/4-12/6 ($200)
  • Due 1/1 – 12/9-1/17 ($150-HS/$160-MS/$180-Elementary) no charge for exam days
  • Due 2/1 – 1/21-2/14 ($190) 
  • Due 3/1 – 2/24-3/20 ($190)
  • Due 4/1 – 3/23-4/24 ($190)
  • Due 5/1 – 4/27-5/21 ($160-HS/$170-MS/$190-Elementary) no charge for exam days

(Drop-In billing is calculated in arrears and will be submitted on the 10th of each month.)

Students who remain after 6:30PM will be charged $1 per minute until checked out.
