At Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy, academic excellence is intentionally built from PK3 through 12th grade. Our preschoolers begin with strong foundations in early literacy, math, classroom habits, and a biblical worldview. By elementary school, students move into increasingly challenging coursework that develops comprehension, problem-solving, critical thinking, and independence with the option for gifted learning through EXCEL.
In middle school, ELCA students begin building the academic framework that will carry them into high school. Academic rigor deepens through more challenging courses and Honors opportunities, while students begin exploring areas of interest through electives and benefit from differentiated challenge and support. By high school, students build on the framework with more than 40 AP, Honors, and Dual Enrollment courses, intentional academic planning, and individualized college and career guidance.
At every age and stage, ELCA is preparing students for more than the next grade level — for college, calling, service, and a lifetime of learning for the glory of God.

From ELCA to what's next...
College preparation starts long before senior year
College preparation at ELCA is a four-year process. From the beginning of freshman year, ELCA’s College Placement and Guidance Office helps students make informed academic decisions, understand graduation requirements, prepare for standardized testing, explore colleges and careers, pursue scholarships, and navigate the college application process with confidence.
Freshman year begins with building strong academic habits and understanding how coursework, grades, activities, and choices can shape future opportunities. Sophomores begin exploring colleges, careers, and areas of interest while becoming more intentional about their academic profile. Junior year shifts into deeper college research, standardized testing, campus visits, scholarship planning, and application preparation. By senior year, students receive individualized guidance through applications, essays, recommendations, financial aid, scholarships, and final college decisions.
As students move through high school, they learn to take greater ownership of the decisions that shape their future, while our counselors help them understand the their options and give them confidence to make decisions that impact the world for Jesus Christ. College acceptance matters at ELCA, but our college-preparatory mission reaches beyond that. We want students to make impactful choices about college, career, and calling through the lens of using their gifts for the glory of God.

My teachers prepared me to succeed...
Eagle's Landing Christian Academy equipped me to face the challenges of this world. I attended from third grade through graduation and made some of the best memories of my life at this place. My teachers prepared me to succeed academically and professionally, while also challenging me spiritually to focus on King Jesus and what He has done for me. My classmates pushed me to be better, and I met my wife here. I had opportunities here that I would not have had anywhere else.
I'm grateful to be a part of ELCA again, equipping the next generation of Chargers to reach their full potential and impact this world for King Jesus.
