ELCA offers students a vibrant and engaging school experience both inside and outside the classroom, including athletics, fine arts, extracurricular activities, field trips, and our After-School Enrichment Program (ASEP). Some optional programs and activities may involve additional fees.
Preschool tuition includes basic school supplies, with a lunch plan available if needed. Tuition for kindergarten through 12th grade includes textbooks, yearbooks, lunch, fine arts participation, athletic participation, and student testing such as PSAT and ACT Aspire.

Available Discounts & Financial Aid
ELCA offers several tuition discounts to qualifying families. Tuition discounts may not be combined or stacked.
Multi-Child Discount
Families with more than one student enrolled at ELCA receive the following tuition discounts:

2nd Child: 5% discount

3rd Child: 10% discount

4th Child: 15% discount

Single-Pay Discount
Families who choose the Single-Pay option receive a 5% discount when tuition is paid in full by the designated deadline. The discounted Single-Pay amounts are reflected in the tuition tables above.
Active Military & First Responder Discount
ELCA honors active-duty military members and first responders with a $1,000 tuition discount per family. Documentation may be required for verification.
Pastoral Discount (Full-Time Vocational Pastors)
A limited tuition discount of up to 50% may be considered for families in which a parent or legal guardian serves as a full-time vocational pastor at a 501(c)(3) church or ministry.

Required documentation includes:

Proof of the church’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

A signed letter on official church letterhead verifying full-time pastoral employment
Referral Tuition Credit
ELCA grows through relationships within our community. Current ELCA families who refer a new student who enrolls, receive a $500 tuition credit per enrolled referral. Referral credits are applied after the new student has completed enrollment.

Applications for admission and financial aid applications are always reviewed separately. Applying for financial aid has no bearing on a student’s admissibility to our school.
