FACTS Family Online (formerly RenWeb/ParentsWeb) is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to see academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others.
All you need is an Internet-capable computer to view information such as:

You must have an email address on file with ELCA to create an account. Please contact email@example.com if you need to update your email address(es), mailing address, phone numbers, etc.

Parents are advised to consider the following fees that may be billed throughout the year (these are not inclusive):
After School Enrichment Program
Monthly Payments: The first monthly tuition payment is due on June 5 and is non-refundable. The last monthly tuition payment is due on May 5.
Tuition payments are due by the fifth (5th) of the month. Should an account fall behind in payment, the following procedure will apply to all student accounts:
If a FACTS draft returns or (10) days of delinquency, a $25.00 finance charge will be applied per student to the current balance due. If a student has a delinquent account after the tenth of the month, he may not be allowed to participate in any extracurricular activity such as athletics, drama, chorus, band, etc., until the account is current.
After twenty-five (25) days of delinquency, the student may not be allowed to return to school if the account is not paid by the end of the month.
After thirty (30) days of delinquency, the student may not be allowed to attend ELCA until the account is current.
Students may not be allowed to take final exams, receive report cards, begin another semester, transfer permanent records, or graduate until the account is current.
If payments are made automatically from my bank account or processed to my credit card, does that mean FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions or my institution has direct access to my account? No. No one other than you and your financial institution has access to your account. When you set up automatic payments, you are solely authorizing an automatic
Are these transactions secure? Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. Bank research has shown that as many as 10 people handle a check from the time it is written until the funds are finally deducted from your account. Most checks include your name, address, phone number, and other financial information which can be easily copied. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank. Any information you share with us is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.
When will payments begin? When we receive your agreement, we send you a letter or email confirming the original terms of your agreement. This includes your payment amount, balance due, and date you authorized payments to begin. Payments will continue until the total balance is paid in full.
What happens if I miss a payment? If you do miss a payment, you will receive a letter from us with instructions on how the missed or returned payment will be handled. You may also be assessed a $30 returned-payment fee for each attempt that is returned, but only if the return is because of non-sufficient funds. This fee is assessed in part to offset the fees FACTS is assessed by our financial institution when your payment is missed or returned. In addition to our fee, your institution may assess a fee as well.
Is it possible to make changes to the payment plan once it is established? Yes. Simply contact your institution if you would like to make changes. We also recognize that unforeseen circumstances such as the loss of a job, divorce, and death can affect your ability to make your payments. If this occurs, we urge you to contact your institution immediately to discuss how your tuition payments can be adjusted.
What if I have a question about my agreement or want to print my payment history? You may check balances, tuition and fees paid, print reports, and view scheduled payments by logging in to your account at online.factsmgt.com, or you may call us toll-free at 866-441-4637 for assistance.
What should I do if I change financial institutions? Financial institution changes can be made online at online.factsmgt.com. You may call us toll-free at 866-441-4637 or contact your school office. The person listed on the agreement must be an authorized signer on the new account. For your protection, only the responsible party and additional authorized party can change banking information.
Since the stability of our school and the quality of its programs are of the utmost importance, we are always seeking ways to make improvements to benefit everyone. After much research and investigation, we have partnered with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program and financial aid assessment. FACTS is used by many schools locally and over 6,000 schools nationally. We are excited to be working with them and are confident this program will offer greater efficiency while providing convenience to families.
You will realize these benefits by using FACTS for your tuition payment plan:
Payment Date: Your payment will be drafted on the 5th of each month from the account of your choice. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards.
Enrolling in FACTS: You will enroll in FACTS as part of your enrollment process.
Convenience & Security: Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
Consumer Account: You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime.
With FACTS, the school maintains control of all billing. Questions regarding your bill may still be directed to our business office. As always, we will continue to work with families should special circumstances or “hardship” cases arise during the school year.

NOTE: If the student is not attending ELCA due to payment delinquency, the student will not be allowed to participate in any sporting event or school activity during this time.
There is a returned check fee of $30.00 which will be incurred each time a payment draft or check is returned. After an account has had two monthly returns, all payments on behalf of the student (i.e. field trips, tuition, etc.) must be paid by cash, money order, or cashier’s check for that month.
