
Homeschool Participation
Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy offers limited participation opportunities for qualified homeschool students through select fine arts and athletic programs. Participation is offered on a case-by-case basis and is designed to remain fully compliant with Georgia High School Association (GHSA) requirements and ELCA’s academic standards.
This is not a full homeschool partnership or hybrid program.
ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS
Eligibility Overview
This option may be appropriate for homeschool students who:

Are entering grades 7–11 (12th grade participation is limited and considered only for returning students)

Have completed at least one full year of homeschooling with documented coursework
-
Meet GHSA eligibility requirements for athletic or competitive fine arts participation
-
Are seeking participation in a specific ELCA fine arts or athletic program, not broader student life access
Because of GHSA regulations, many homeschool programs do not qualify for participation.
Program Scope & Limitations
Approved homeschool students may participate only in the program(s) for which they are accepted, including select:

School of Fine Arts (SOFA) programs

School of Sports & Athletics (SOSA) programs
Homeschool participation does not include access to the full ELCA student experience. Participants are not eligible for:

Prom or homecoming court
-
Class trips, retreats, or daily student life activities

Full academic enrollment at ELCA
GHSA Compliance
ELCA is a GHSA member school. Homeschool students participating in athletics or GHSA-sanctioned fine arts must meet all GHSA eligibility requirements.

Admission does not guarantee placement on an athletic team or in a fine arts ensemble. Approved students are required to enroll in a designated on-campus class as part of participation.
Program Fees & Availability
Program fees are established annually and subject to change. Availability is limited.
